Information about the offices to let

The tenants of the Klaris Office-Boat are provided with a cosy atmosphere combined with all the professional services of an office complex. The tenants are not only renting an office, but also receiving a complexity of a lot of base services.

By being a tenant the following services are available without an extra charge for the colleagues:

  • Usage of the meeting room, which is suitable for a small audience (4-8 persons) to hold meetings. This is a quiet room, located next to the reception, on the base floor. Furnished in order to provide a homely atmosphere, equipped with a television to screen presentations.
  • Usage of the conference room. On the second floor suitable for big audiences (20 – 50 persons) for lectures, meetings, conferences. The conference room is equipped with television, WiFi, flip-chart and enough chairs to sit up to 50 people. The panorama through the glass windows  from the room offers a view of the Margarethen-Island, the Margarethen-Bridge and the Buda Castle.
  • Tenants can book the meeting and the conference rooms with a cloud-based calendar or at the receptionist / assistant.
  • The assistant of the Klaris Company Ltd is handling the incoming post and receives the guests. Every office has it’s own door telephone, and upon arrival the guests can contact the companies directly.
  • Further services include unlimited mineral water and the usage of the common kitchen. A panoramic roof terrace and a pontoon garden is also available. 

Office Nr 5

Suitable for 3-4 persons, on the base deck.
Rental fee: 80.000 Ft, 1 unit of common costs

Office Nr 1

Suitable for 4-6 persons, 24 sqm. One big room, spacious. Next door to the conference room, with a view on the Carl Lutz Quai.
Rental fee: 140.000 Ft, 2 units of common costs.

Office Nr 12

Suitable for 4-6 persons, 22 sqm. Can be devided by a mobile glass door into two offices. View on the Margarethen Island.
Rental fee: 140.000 Ft, 2 units of common costs.

Office Nr 9

Suitable for 8-10 persons, 50 sqms, with three distinct rooms. The rooms are: 25 sqm office, 10 sqm office, 10 sqm kitchen-reception area-dining room, adjacent to this are the shower, the toilet and the wardrobe.
Rental fee: 200.000 Ft, 3 units of common costs.


In the year 2015 the price of one unit of common cost is 38.000 Ft, which includes all the costs typical for a boat (harbour fee, fee for the usage of the Danube surface, boat services, licences), all the fees for commodities (electricity, water, waste water), internet, cleaning, mineral water – this means all sort of costs are included in the fee.
